Sr. Software Engineer
You have the responsibility to design, consolidate, improve and implement software applications, tools and components for the various Med2China channels. You will also support the production on various websites. You will work closely with the Production, Product Management, QA, and Support teams, as well as with other Med2China offices to produce software for global Med2China. You will develop with high concurrent user access, high performance, and reusability in mind. Ideal candidate should have BSCS/MSCS or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in software development. 2 years of Perl, or TCL, or JavaScript, or Java programming using Web Server, CGI, HTTP, HTML, and Web Client. Knowledge of content publishing system, community system, and UNIX is a plus. Must know how to read and write some Chinese.

Principle Software Engineer
You have the responsibility to lead a small group of engineers to architect, design, consolidate, improve, and implement software applications, tools, and components for the various Med2China channels and products and to support the production on the web sites. You will work with Producer team, Product Marketing, QA, Support, and other Med2China web sites to produce software for global Med2China. You will develop with high concurrent user access, high performance, and reusability in mind. Ideal candidate should have BSCS/MSCS or equivalent. 8+ years solid experience in software development. 2 year of Perl, or TCL, or JavaScript, or C/C++, or Java programming using Web Server, CGI, HTTP, HTML, Web Client, OOA/OOD in a large scale project. Experience with EJB, content publishing system, email system, community system, E Commerce, database, Internet security, GUI Presentation is a plus. Must know how to read and write some Chinese.

Web UI/Graphics designer
You will work with Med2China producers and product managers in designing user interfaces for all Med2China products, from web based to desk top applications. Will also work with marketing and sales departments in designing promotional web sites or banners for Med2China's customers.
Ideal candidate must be a quick learner and a problem solver. Should have extensive experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Debabblizer, and HTML authoring tools. HTML coding capability is a must. Familiar with Telnet and FTP is a plus, and possessing usability testing knowledge is strongly preferred. Must believe in the significance of user interface for the success of our business. Business Development Manager
Responsible for working on projects with Internet companies offering content, products, services and technology. Will select, negotiate and secure strategic alliances for Med2China.com. Will identify and pre-qualify prospective partners by conducting due diligence, negotiating content, analyzing e-commerce, sales, marketing and technology opportunities. Will be the main Med2China contact person and the project manager for our partnering companies. Will work closely with internal Production, Sales, and Marketing departments internally. Position requires solid team player with good communication and people skills. Good analytic skills required. Ability to work at fast pace and handle multiple business deals in parallel. Strategic thinker with good judgement and intuition. Previous Internet and business development experience a major plus. MBA preferred.
